YOUNGSTOWN ULTRA TRAIL CLASSIC

The YOUNGSTOWN ULTRA TRAIL CLASSIC (YUTC) is a trail running event taking place on Saturday, September 6, 2025, in Youngstown, OH. This year marks the 21st YUTC event. The race is held in Mill Creek Park, known for its scenic trails and picturesque views. The course is primarily single track, offering a mix of challenging hills and runnable terrain.

Events:

• 25K: $85, 8:00 AM EDT - 4:30 PM EDT
• 50K: $95, 7:30 AM EDT - 4:30 PM EDT

Location: Wick Recreation Area, 1861 McCollum Road, Youngstown, OH 44509, US

Course Details: The 25K course is one loop, while the 50K course is two loops around Mill Creek Park. The course is well-marked with orange ribbons, pie plates, and paint.

Registration: The race is capped at 250 runners (125 for each distance). Race-day signups will be available. No transfers are permitted, and there are no refunds.

Race Day Information: Packet pickup begins at 6:15 AM. The race starts and finishes at the Wick Recreation Center. Aid stations are located at the Covered Bridge and the Start/Finish Line. There will be an after-race party at the Bresko Pavilion.

Finisher Awards: Finishers receive a running hat, a running shirt (guaranteed if registration is received before August 16, 2024), and a bumper sticker.

Orientation/Training Runs: Two organized runs will be held on June 14, 2025, and July 19, 2025, at 8:00 AM at Wick Recreation Area.
