Youth Triathlon
Join us for a fun-filled day where kids can swim, bike, and run! The City of Iowa City TRYathlon is designed for children of all athletic levels, with no prerequisites required.
Event Details:
- Ages 5-6: 20 Yard Swim, 1/2 Mile Bike, 600 Yard Run
- Ages 7-9: 40 Yard Swim, 1 Mile Bike, 600 Yard Run
- Ages 10-12: 60 Yard Swim, 1.5 Mile Bike, 1200 Yard Run
Tri-athletes must pick up race packets on Friday, June 27 from 5-6 pm at Mercer Park Shelter #1. Packets or registration will NOT be available on race day.
Transition area will open on Saturday, June 28 from 7:50-8:15 am and will close five minutes prior to the first race.
