Event Details
The 2025 Zilker Relays will take place on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Zilker Park!
This event is not just a race; it's a celebration of the vibrant Austin spirit. Participants form teams of four, each runner completing a 2.5-mile loop from a central festival/transition area. After the race, enjoy the festival featuring live music, sponsored drinks, and a Tacodeli dinner.
All proceeds from the event benefit Marathon Kids, a national, Austin-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering the next generation of runners.
Registration Fees
Relay teams consist of four members. Registration includes:
- Zilker Relays event t-shirt
- Tacodeli dinner plate
- Beer garden access
$160.00 - Earliest Bird Registration (register before September 20th).
Kids Dash
Schedule:
- 6:00 PM: 400 yd Dash - recommended for 1st-5th grade
- 6:10 PM: 200 yd dash - recommended for Pre-K and Kindergarten
Registration fee includes a kids cape, race bib, and Tacodeli kids plate for $15.00.
