Antz Colony RC

ANTZ Colony RC is a running crew based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Founded in 2020, the crew has over 100 members and organizes runs every Sunday morning. The crew is more than just a group of athletes; they’re a tight-knit community that embodies the spirit of unity, acceptance, and the sheer joy of running. They offer diverse programs to cater to runners of all levels, including track workouts, long runs, fun runs, trail runs, and social events. The crew takes immense pride in housing some of Malaysia’s top runners, consistently achieving podium positions at major events nationwide.
