Firecracker Fun Run Youth

The Firecracker Fun Run is an untimed, 5K distance run hosted by the YMCA Sierra Madre. The race starts at 7:00 a.m. on July 4th, in front of Chase bank and runners head east on Sierra Madre Blvd., turning around through the east end of Sierra Madre parking lot. Participants then head west on Sierra Madre Blvd., to Sunnyside to the runaround and finishing at Kersting Court.

The Firecracker Fun Run is a 5K for the entire family to enjoy. Participants are allowed to bring strollers and dogs to the family friendly event, and runners of all ages are welcome to participate. Register before June 14th to guarantee receiving your Fun Run Shirt! The last day to register is Thursday, July 4, 2024 at 7:00 a.m. Bib and T-shirt pickup will be available on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 in Memorial Park starting at 3:00 p.m. and in Kersting Court on Thursday, July 4th from 5:00 a.m. - 6:45 a.m. Please note: NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE! All unused registrations will be a donation.
