Lace up and join us for our Monday Miles run club at Holland & Barrett’s Cardiff store on Monday 11th August. Whether you're new to running or simply looking for a fun, supportive way to stay active, Monday Miles is the perfect way to start your week on the right foot. Holland & Barrett and Comic Relief have teamed up for this summer’s Sport Relief campaign which raises vital funds for mental health projects – recognising the connection between physical activity and mental wellbeing. With an arrival from 6:00pm, you’ll join a fun warm-up before setting off for a fun 5km run around town! As part of the event, you’ll also be rewarded with a goody bag worth up to £65, packed with wellness products from Holland & Barrett to help you move better, feel stronger and recover faster.

Tickets cost just £5 per person and all money raised from tickets sold will be donated to Comic Relief. Attendees will also receive a gift card on arrival to the value of their ticket cost.
