Kappa Delta Shamrock 5k

The Delta Sigma chapter of Kappa Delta at the University of South Alabama is proud to host its First Shamrock 5K to raise funds for Prevent Child Abuse America and Penelope’s House. The race will take place on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with check-in beginning at 7:30 AM at the SGA Pavilion. The course is USTAF certified (AL22032JE) and open to runners, walkers, and families of all ages. Eighty percent of proceeds from our event will stay local to support Penelope’s House, while the remaining twenty percent will benefit our national partner, Prevent Child Abuse America. We are so excited to see our campus and community come together in support of this incredible cause—and we can’t wait to watch this event grow in the years to come!
