Mudbug Madness 5k

Date & Starting Time: Saturday morning, May 23, 2026; Race starts at 7:30 a.m. CDT.

Location: 820 Clyde Fant Parkway, Shreveport, LA US 71105

Description: Race starts and finishes in the southbound lane of the Clyde Fant Parkway across from the Sci-Port Discovery Center.

Registration Fees:

• Through May 1st: $25.00
• May 2nd - May 22nd: $30.00
• Race Day: $40.00

Race Packet: Every pre-registered participant will receive an official 42nd Anniversary 2026 Mudbug Madness race T-shirt. You must register by midnight May 13th to guarantee your shirt size.

Post Party: Join us after the race at the Mudbug festival site for live entertainment, food, and drinks.

Awards Ceremony: Approximately 8:30 a.m. at the race site.

Special Note: No bikes, skate devices, or dogs on the course. Baby joggers can be used but must start in the back.

Refund & Race entry transfer policy:

• Refunds available for cancellations more than 30 days in advance (100%), and between 30 days and two weeks prior (50%). No refunds less than two weeks before race day.
• Race entry transfers are allowed up to two weeks prior to race day for a $10.00 charge.
