The Old Six Day

The Old Six Day is a historic event taking place at the 1/4 mile track at Cooper River Park. Formerly known as the Edward Payson Weston Six Day Race in the 1980s and 90s, this event offers options for 6 day, 3 day, 2 day, 1 day, and 12 hour races.

Registration fees vary based on the duration of the race, starting from $200 for the 12 hour race and going up to $666 for the 144 hour race. The event will be chip timed and run on a USATF certified course.

Amenities include a pit area for runners to stash their belongings, a large tent set up as an aid station, and vegan-friendly food options. The event is cupless, so participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottles or cups.
