Located at Mitchell Park - Guthrie Lake. This is the seventh year for this event, always a great time of year to end your season and it is the last race of the year in the great state of Oklahoma (including KS, MO and AR). Great lake (no wake) in a protected cove. This is the most spectator friendly swim in the state allowing the Athletes supporters to walk the shoreline for the entirety of the distance always knowing where they are. Great kayak support. The bike course is a very challenging course for all the distances ending with a very fast run course. This course has multiple loops making it a very spectator friendly course all the way to the finish line.

• Sprint: Swim 500yd - Bike 18mi - Run 3m
• Beat Buzz Super Sprint: Swim 200yd - Bike 6mi - Run 1mi
• Duathlon: Run 2mi - Bike 18mi - Run 2mi
• Super Sprint Aquabike: Swim 200yds - Bike 6mi

Check-in/packet pick up will be Saturday/race morning only starting at 7:am.
