Event Details
The Tuesday Club Run consists of two options - Four Mile and Six Mile runs.
Six Mile Groups (9.6 km)
- 10 - 11 min/mile pace: 6:55 pm start. (32 min Parkrun)
- 8½ - 9½ min/mile pace: 7:00 pm start. (27 min Parkrun)
- 7½ - 8 min/mile pace: 7:05 pm start. (24 min Parkrun)
Four Mile Groups (6.4 km)
- 12 - 13 min/mile pace: 6:50 pm start. (39 min Parkrun)
- 10 - 11 min/mile pace: 6:55 pm start. (32 min Parkrun)
The pace times shown are approximate. Runners will muster on the route to accommodate a range of speeds, with faster runners expected to muster more.
