Registration: ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY

Distances:

Short Course: 2 km Run - 7.5 km Bike - 1 km Run
Long Course: 4 km Run - 15 km Bike - 2 km Run
Olympic Course: 10 km Run - 40 km Bike - 5 km Run

Prizes will be awarded for individual male and female participants. Note that there will be no water stations during the race, so runners must be self-sufficient for hydration. Light refreshments will be provided post-race.
