Join us for the 16th Annual Williamsburg Landing 5k Run/Walk for The Arc! This year marks the 49th year The Arc of Greater Williamsburg has proudly served adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Williamsburg community. The Arc's support services provide educational, vocational, health and wellness, life skills, cultural, social, and recreational programs. Your participation helps make that possible! 100% of event proceeds benefit The Arc of Greater Williamsburg's mission to improve the quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community. Registration Opens: June 5, 2025 at 12:00am EDT. Online registration closes at midnight on Sunday, September 28th. Same day registration begins at 7:30am at Williamsburg Landing.
Registration Fees: $40 per entrant until September 1st, $50 thereafter. Children 10 and under are free. Discounts available for Arc clients and students.
Schedule:
7:30am: Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup
8:30am: One Mile Fun Run
9:00am: 5k Run and 5k Walk
10:15am: Awards Ceremony and Door Prizes
Course: Nestled in the tree-covered hills surrounding Williamsburg, this out-and-back course traverses the 137-acre campus of Williamsburg Landing, which neighbors College Creek. Registration will be at the William A. Doig Health Club and Spa, located at 3000 The Mall.
Parking & Shuttles: Parking at Laurel Lane Elementary School, 112 Laurel Lane. Shuttles available.
Refreshments: Light snacks, fruit, water, and pizza will be provided.
Awards: Prizes awarded for top finishers in different age categories.
