2025 DUCK NC TURKEY TROT 5K
The 2025 DUCK NC TURKEY TROT 5K is a 5K run/walk held on Thursday, November 27, 2025 in Duck, NC. This event is produced by the First Flight Track Club, a local 501(c)(3) non-profit that supports youth runners in Dare County. The race is open to all abilities and continues a tradition established by the Advice 5K Turkey Trot.

- Date: Thursday, November 27, 2025
- Time: 9:00 AM EST
- Location: 1117 Duck Road, Duck, NC 27949
- Registration: Opens September 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM EDT. $49 (increases to $65 after the first 100 registrations).
- Course: Starts and finishes near Scarborough Faire Shopping Village. The course travels towards the Atlantic, then south on Ocean Way, back towards the sound on Scarborough Ln to NC12, north on NC12 to Schooner Ridge Drive, and loops back to the finish line.
