- A detailed 10-week, day-by-day professional 21.1km half marathon training plan.
- Digital comprehensive Wild Seads Coaching Running Manual for all race distances.
- In-person coaching, guest speakers, and head coaching sessions.
- Running-specific agility, speed, and mobility training exercises.
- Weekly coaching discussions in-person.
- Volunteer clinic run leader support.
Choose from three training options: Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Necessary clinic gear includes: headlamp, running gear for winter conditions, and sense of adventure! Refunds and cancellations are not offered for this clinic.
