2026 14th Annual Penn Alexander School Run for Art & Science 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk

Date: Sunday, May 31st, 2026

Location: Penn Alexander School, Philadelphia, PA 19104 US

Description: The 5K Course begins on Locust Street near the PAS front entrance and winds through the Penn campus on Locust Walk to Penn Park, returning to the Locust Street finish line. For the 5K, runners are asked not to bring pets or strollers. The 1-Mile Fun Run goes to the compass at 37th and Locust and back, with strollers welcome. Pets are not permitted on the 1-mile Fun Run course.

Events:

• 5k Run: Starts at 8:30 AM EDT. Registration opens February 5, 2026.
• 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk: Starts at 9:30 AM EDT. Registration opens February 5, 2026.

Pricing Information:

• Early Bird Pricing (Feb 14th - Mar 31st, 2026): Adults: $35; Students: $25
• Regular Pricing (Apr 1st - May 22nd, 2026): Adults: $40; Students: $30
• Day of Race Pricing (May 31st, 2026): Adults: $50; Students: $40

Performance T-Shirts: Available for an additional $15.00. Must register by May 1st, 2026, to be guaranteed a shirt.

Packet Pick-Up:

• Wednesday, May 27th: 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
• Thursday, May 28th: 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
• Race packets also available at the Day of Registration table starting at 7:30 a.m.
