The PHYSIO FIT RUN is BACK for ANOTHER YEAR! Please JOIN US at ASSINIBOINE PARK for another fun-filled morning of MASCOTS, COOKIES, MEDALS, and of course, RUNNING, WALKING, AND SUPPORTING a GREAT CAUSE!

FREE T-SHIRT AND MEDAL INCLUDED IN ALL REGISTRATIONS!
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: April 11, 2025! Profits go to an AMAZING CHARITY called PRAIRIE STRIDES INC, which offers accessible horseback riding sessions for children ages 5-15.
IMPORTANT: New COURSE and New START and FINISH areas are not far from the previous START and FINISH line.
SCHOOL GROUP REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! Contact [email protected] to register and all student groups will receive a discount.
Race Kit pick-up available at City Park Runners on May 8, 4-7:30 PM, OR on RACE DAY from 6:30-7:30 AM at the race site.
