Event Details and Schedule

The event is from 5:00-8:00 PM

• 5:00pm - Event "opens" (pick up race bag with t-shirt, purchase raffle basket tickets, onsite registration-shirt not guaranteed).
• 5:30pm - Presentation of the 2026 Kelsey Nalepa Scholarships
• 6:00pm - The 5K Fun Run Start Time (This is family and pet friendly...dogs and strollers are welcome. The course is a combination of concrete and decomposed granite. Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in three categories...Youth (12 & Under), Teen (13-17), and Adult (18 & up)
• 7:30pm - Online Silent Auction Closes (you do not have to be present to win...any winner not in attendance will be contacted.)
• 7:45pm - Raffle Winners Announced (You do not have to be present to win...any winner not in attendance will be contacted. Please make sure your name and phone number are on each raffle ticket!)

Event FAQs

• Location: Hometown Heroes Park (1001 E. League City Parkway, League City, TX 77573)
• Tickets: Tickets will be sold at the event for raffle baskets. Tickets are $1.00 each. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS AT THE EVENT! Please be prepared to pay with cash or via Venmo app.
• Food Trucks: Food trucks will be onsite and donating a percentage of their sales to the Kelsey Nalepa Scholarship Fund. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS!
• Silent Auction: The online silent auction will end at 7:30. All winners are expected to render payment once the bidding is finalized (Cash, Venmo, or a check made payable to: Kelsey Nalepa Scholarship Fund, are acceptable forms of payment for the silent auction).
