About the Event
Aloha Salads Summer Sprint 2025 Overview
The Aloha Salads Summer Sprint is the first event of the Surf n Sea North Shore Swim Series. This 1-mile swim starts from Sunset Beach and goes to Ehukai Beach Park. Participants can enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian scenery and wildlife along the coast.

- Date: June 14, 2025
- Check-in: 7:00 AM at Sunset Beach Park (near restrooms)
Course Information
The event follows a 1-mile open water swim route. Swimmers must adhere to safety protocols, including deploying mandatory swim caps provided at the first NSSS swim of the season.
Awards and Divisions
Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each division: Elite, 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, and also in standard 5-year age groups thereafter.
Important Notes
No refunds are available, and certain equipment restrictions apply including the prohibition of wetsuits and fins. Goggles and snorkels are permitted.
