Athens High School JROTC Jingle Bell Jog 5K

Location: Athens Middle School, 100 U.S. Hwy 31 North, Athens, AL US 35611

Description: This race is considered a fun run, so individual times will not be tracked. Awards will only be given to JROTC team winners. Festive attire is encouraged. The race is coordinated to raise funds for the JROTC department at Athens High School and to promote physical activity.

The course will be flat and fast, starting and ending at Athens Middle School. There will be one water station mid-way through the course. Post-race refreshments will be provided.

Athens High School JROTC reserves the right to cancel the race due to inclement weather. There will be no refunds.

Race Day Registration:

Accepted beginning at 6:45 am, ending promptly at 7:30 am.

Race Day Schedule of Events:

• 7:45 am - Announcements and Presentation of colors
• 8:00 am - Race begins
• JROTC team awards immediately after race conclusion.
