1st Annual Bear River Trail Race

Come run along the banks of Bear River in Bear River State Park for the first-ever Bear River Trail Race. The race combines the Bear River greenway with the well-groomed trails of Bear River State Park and Rio Oso Trails just outside of Evanston, Wyoming. These trails offer a challenging yet achievable experience for those looking for new running adventures.

Runners will traverse lush river bottoms and witness breathtaking views of Bear River and the wildlife that inhabits the area, including bison and elk. Keep an eye out for the famous white bison that calls the state park home! With minimal elevation gain, this race serves as a great introduction to trail running.

Aid stations with hydration and food will be available, and all finishers will receive a T-shirt and finisher award. Your participation will help make the 1st Annual Bear River Trail Race an unforgettable experience!
