Join us for the Benhaven Walk for Autism! The event takes place at Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven at 9:30am. Participants will enjoy rides on the iconic carousel. The flat 2 Mile Walk travels along the beach and through the park. Your participation supports Benhaven, a local non-profit based in North Haven, CT. Benhaven’s mission is to enable people with autism and pervasive developmental disorders to participate in community life, exercise productive control over their own lives, have meaningful relationships and associations, be gainfully employed, and experience happiness and personal satisfaction. Those who donate or raise $200 or more earn a complimentary entry to the Benhaven Walk for Autism. Create a fundraising page during online race registration. Once you have raised $200, you will automatically be refunded your entry fee.
