About the Event
Boca Hawaii Norman Tamanaha 15k
Welcome to the first race in the 2025 Marathon Series. The Boca Norman Tamanaha 15K has been an Oahu running staple for over 45 years. Join us this year on August 10th for this fast and fun event. This course covers the midcourse and finishing sections of the marathon route. The race begins in Kapiolani Park and heads over scenic Diamond Head, continues around the crater until you come to a right turn on to 18th Ave then right on Kilauea Ave to the Aloha Gas Station and follows the marathon route on Kahala Ave back to the finish line in Kapiolani Park.
New this year:
- Upgraded fully custom tech shirts (design coming soon!) for the first 500 entrants
- Custom 15K medals
- Porta potties at the start
Registration fees:
- 15k: $66.65
- 5k: $34.37
AID STATIONS
Water & Gatorade will be available at 3 aid stations:
Mile 2.5 (Leahi/Triangle Park), Mile 5 at the Aloha Gas Station (corner of Kilauea & Kealaolu Ave), and Mile 7.5 (Leahi/Triangle Park).
