The Burning River Endurance Run & Relay features multiple race distances, including:
- 100 Mile - Out and Back from Cuyahoga Falls to Silver Springs Park
- 50 Mile - Point to Point from Cuyahoga Falls to Silver Springs Park
- Marathon - Point to Point from Oak Hill to Silver Springs Park
- Back Half 50 Mile - Point to Point from Silver Springs Park to Cuyahoga Falls
- 8 Person Relay - Out and Back course, same as the 100M event
