• CadeSTRONG 5K (6:30 PM EDT - 8:00 PM EDT)
• CadeSTRONG 1 Mile (Run or Walk) (6:45 PM EDT - 7:15 PM EDT)
• CadeSTRONG 1 Mile - Wheelchair (6:45 PM EDT - 7:15 PM EDT)

Description: Starting at Nathan Dean Park in Rockmart, this scenic 5K goes down the scenic Silver Comet Trail with slight inclines along the river, and ends back at the park where there will be inflatables, food trucks, games and music provided by J103. The 1-mile event is a fun run/wheelchair roll for those who want to participate but prefer a shorter distance. The event raises money for Spinal Cord Injury Survivors.

Registration: Ends September 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT. Shirts are provided for those who pre-register before September 1st.

Race Schedule:

• 5:00 PM: Race Day Registration opens
• 6:15 PM: Race Day Registration closes
• 6:30 PM: 5K Race
• 6:45 PM: 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk/Wheelchair
• 7:30 PM: Raffle
• 7:45 PM: Awards Ceremony

Race Courses: Both the 5K and 1-mile courses are out-and-back routes on the Silver Comet Trail.

Awards: Top 3 overall (male & female), top master (male & female), and top 3 in each age category (male & female).

Parking: Free parking is available at Nathan Dean Park.

Dogs & Strollers: Dogs are not permitted on the 5K route, but leashed dogs are allowed for the 1-mile event.

Cancellation/Weather/Refunds: The event will be held rain or shine unless canceled by organizers due to unsafe conditions. No refunds will be provided in case of cancellation.
