The Catch Us If You Can - Gingerbread Race is scheduled for Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Fairfield, IL.

Events

• Fun Run: Price: $10, Time: 8:30 AM CST. Ages 1-10. Approximately 1 mile.
• 5k Run: Price: $25, Time: 9:00 AM CST.
• 5k Walk: Price: $25, Time: 9:00 AM CST. Walkers with strollers & wagons are welcome.
• 10k Race: Price: $25, Time: 9:00 AM CST. Participants complete the loop twice.

Registration for all events ends December 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST.

Description of Courses:

• Fun Run: Approximately 1 mile around the field north of North Side staff parking lot.
• 5k Run & Walk / 10k: Course from North Side School, through Leo French Park & Maple Hill Cemetery, back to the school. This is a hilly course with some road/sidewalk running.

T-shirts: Add $5 for a t-shirt with registration. T-shirts can also be ordered separately for $15 via a Google Form. Registration cutoff for race shirts: November 14.

Shirt/Bib Pick Up/Late Reg: Available beginning at 8 AM on race day at North Side School.

Awards: Top two Male & Female in age groups for each distance (5k run, 5k walk, 10k).

Timing: Computer timing by To the Finish Timing.

Weather: The race will go on rain or shine. Plan accordingly for cold weather.

Parking: Available at the school, gravel lot across the street, and North Side Baptist Church lot. Please do not park in the faculty parking lot.
