About the Event
Charlotte's premiere open water swim event!
Join us for the Charlotte Open Water Championships on Saturday, September 27, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM EDT at Mount Holly Boat Landing, 724 Elm Ave., Mount Holly, NC.
The event features a 2 Mile and 1 Mile swim option, as well as an 800-yard fun swim for beginners. This easy-to-navigate out-and-back course is located on the scenic Catawba River.
- 2 Mile starts at: 8 AM
- 1 Mile and 800 Yard swims start at: 8:15 AM
Registration fees:
- 2 Mile - $75
- 1 Mile - $75
- 800 Yard Fun Swim - $45
Registration is open from September 20 to September 27.
For safety, kayakers and monitors will be stationed throughout the course. Enjoy food, beverages, and good times afterward!
