Join us for a fun and supportive journey to fitness on the beautiful Fee Fee Greenway in Maryland Heights! Whether you’re aiming to complete your first 5k, 10K or prefer a relaxing 1-mile walk, this event is designed for everyone. We’ve included a training plan to get you off the couch or out of the office chair and help you build strength, stamina, and confidence.
