The Couple Shuffle - Nashville is a family-friendly event with various race options: 2-Mile, 5k, 10k, Virtual, Volunteer then Run, and Kid's Dash. The in-person race takes place on February 15, 2026, in Nashville, TN. All registrations include a designer shirt and custom medal. Virtual participants can run anytime, anywhere and receive their race packet by mail. The Kid's Dash is untimed and free without swag.

Race Day Schedule:

• 7:30-8:45am: Packet Pickup
• 8:55am: Kid's Dash
• 9:00am: National Anthem and Race Start!

• 2-Mile: $22.00
• 5k: $30.00 - $47.00
• 10k: $30.00 - $47.00
• Virtual: $42.00
• Volunteer then Run: $17.00
• Kid's Dash: $17.00

Note: Youth-based pricing for the 5k/10k (12 & Under) is $17. Register by midnight on Thursday, two Thursdays before race day, to guarantee your shirt.
