CrossKnox 15K & 4-Miler

Date, Time, & Place: Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 8:00 AM EST. The 15K begins at Morningside Park and finishes at Bearden Elementary. The 4-Miler starts at 8:30 AM in Tyson Park and finishes at Bearden Elementary. All registration and post-race activities take place at Bearden Elementary School.

Courses:

• 15K: Morningside Park → Neyland Greenway → Third Creek Greenway → Tyson Park → Third Creek Greenway → Bearden Greenway
• 4-Mile: Tyson Park → Third Creek Greenway → Bearden Greenway

Registration & Entry Fees: Prices vary based on registration date. See website for details.

Awards: Awards for 15K and 4-mile to the top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters, Grandmasters, Senior Grandmasters male and female. Awards to the top 3 in each age group as well as top 3 Clydesdale (men over 200 lbs.) and top 3 Athena (Women over 150 lbs).

Refreshments: Refreshments provided for participants at Bearden Elementary School. Water stops & gel: Tyson Park and the Corner of Sutherland/greenway at UT Rec Field.
