Join us for the Davidson Dash 5K presented by Cardinal Chiropractic and Sports Recovery, a community-focused race benefiting Cone Health through the Newborn Nursery Fund. This fund provides ongoing support for newborn patients and their families at Cone Health Alamance Regional Medical Center’s Special Care Nursery and NICU. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to give back, this race is for everyone! Participants will enjoy 4 laps around Joe Davidson Park (even laps on the track; odd laps through the trail head) and proceeds will directly support the meaningful work of Cone Health. Prizes will be given out to the Top - 3 Male, Top - 3 Female, and Top - 3 Relay Finishes. As bonus, in the spirit of Halloween we will also be giving prizes to the Top 3 - Costumes!!

Here are your options:

• 5K (SOLO)
  Pre-registration fee: $35
  Race day registration fee: $35
  Participants will complete 4 (.75-.8 loops) for 3.1 miles solo.
• 5K (2-4 PERSON RELAY)
  Pre-registration fee: $25 per person
  Race day registration fee: $25 per person
  Your team will complete 5 laps (.62) for a total 3.1 with any lap combination. Run a lap and switch with your mom, cousin or co worker! Create a fun team name when you register and invite others to join your team! (2 person minimum)
