DeGray Lake Triathlon

The DeGray Lake Triathlon is a multisport event held on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at DeGray Lake in Caddo Valley, Arkansas. It offers various distances for all levels of athletes, from beginners to seasoned competitors. Events include Olympic and Sprint Triathlons, a Sprint Duathlon, an Olympic Aquabike, and an Open Water Swim. There is also a team category for the Olympic Triathlon and virtual options.

Race Venue Information: DeGray Lake, AR, located just outside of Caddo Valley. 2.5 miles North on Hwy 7 from Interstate 30, exit 78. Turn left onto Skyline Drive. Spillway Trail Head (The Spillway Dam Area) is roughly 8/10ths of a mile west of the intersection of Skyline Dr and Hwy 7.

• Olympic Triathlon: 1,500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run (Individual & Team)
• Sprint Triathlon: 500-yard swim, 13.5-mile bike, 5k run (Individual)
• Sprint Duathlon: 2-mile run, 13.5-mile bike, 3.1-mile run (Individual)
• Aquabike (Olympic): 1,500m swim, 42km bike (Individual)
• Open Water Swim: 1,500m swim (Individual)
