The 5th annual DOUGHNUT DASH 5km with an all new course featuring all of the Hamilton Waterfronts traffic free running paths. NEW this year.....MORE doughnuts for you to taste...you asked, and we are going to listen to what the runners want.

Swag: We have secured hooded sweat tops in black and white (first come first serve, colour wise and sizing and only to the first 150 registered.... after this we will have different swag for registrants) These are valued at $135 retail!!!!

Prizes: 5 year age groups and the top 3 in each age groups!!!! (as well as top 3 over-all male and females)
