Essex Fun Fest 5k Run, Walk, and Wheel

Welcome to the 2nd annual Essex Fun Fest 5k Run, Walk, and Wheel, taking place on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EDT at Sadler’s Nature Park, 182 Forest Avenue, Essex, ON, Canada.

This is a fun, family-friendly event with music, lawn games, and activities presented by DJ Tony. Join us for a chance to win prizes while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Sadler’s Nature Park.

Participants will receive:

• Pre race warm-up by Rec Health and Fitness
• Finisher medals for both 5k run and walk
• Branded tote bags and reusable water bottles
• Entry into raffle prize draws
• Post race refreshments
• Chip timing provided by WRACE
• Awards for top 3 finishers in each gender division

Registration Fees:

• $45.41 Early Bird pricing (Mar 1 - Jun 28)
• $50.81 One week pricing (Jun 29 - Jul 4)
• Race day registration: $50.00 (cash/cheque only)

Registration is open until July 4, 2025. Last-minute entries are accepted on race day; however, please note the fee increase.

Race kits can be picked up at Essex District High School on July 4th or 5th (12 pm to 4 pm) or on race day at Sadlers Pond.
