You don’t need to be a first responder to participate. Everyone is welcome!

Registration Information

Online registration closed at 6 PM on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

Mandatory race packet pickup will occur at The Running Factory from:

Friday, July 25: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday, July 26: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Race day registration opens at 7:30 AM.

Course Details

The course features a 5 km run or walk, including distances like the CKLW AM800m Kid's Run and Kid's Dash. Participants will run along the beautiful Riverfront Trail.

Awards

Awards will be given for the top 3 overall male and female finishers, as well as first place in each age group.
