Event Details
The Fast Days of Summer 5000 and Mile will take place on Sunday, August 31, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM PDT.
Location: Rail Trail near Enterprise and Dilworth, Kelowna, BC, Canada. Parking is available south of the start near Rusty’s Sports Lounge.
Race Information
The 5000-meter (5K) race, certified ( BC-2023-021-BDC ), is ideal for setting personal records. A 1-mile race will follow, also certified ( BC-2023-020-BDC ), starting at 9:15 AM.
There will be an untimed kids fun run after the mile race by donation.
All proceeds from the races benefit the UBCO Heat cross country program!
Registration Information
Register by August 30, 6 PM.- 5K Registration: CA$37
- 1 Mile Registration: CA$22
- Both Races: CA$50
Package Pickup
Package pickup for the 5000 is from 7:00-7:45 AM on race morning and for the Mile from 8:15-9:00 AM on race morning.
