Fighting Back Against Parkinson's Neighborhood 5K & Fun Run

Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025

Location: Audubon Lake Pavilion, 5007 Nighthawk Dr, Fort Mill, SC 29707, US

Description: 5K Road Race & 1 mile Fun Run in the Audubon Lake & Estates neighborhood to raise money for the Parkinson’s Community. Parkinson's Disease is a progressive neurological condition characterized by tremors, slow movement, muscle rigidity, and impaired balance, caused by the loss of dopamine-producing brain cells, which leads to difficulties in controlling movement. There is NO CURE. Approximately 90,000 people in the United States are diagnosed with Parkinson's disease each year. Christin, along with her family, founded this race in 2020 after losing her father to a 25yr battle to Parkinson's disease. 100% of proceeds are going directly to Rock Steady Boxing.
