The DC Department of Recreation and Howard University Hospital are proud to present the Fit For Life Fun Run. Happening during the iconic Howard University Homecoming weekend, on Friday, October 24th, we invite the entire DC Metropolitan area to join us to lace up for a 5K Run/Walk to promote community health and wellness—a perfect time for HU alumni and DC residents to come together in support of Howard University Hospital. Enjoy a flat course along the Anacostia River, a live DJ, a wellness village with health screenings, and fun family-friendly vibes. Walkers and strollers welcome.
Included with Registration: a 5k race t-shirt, access to vendor swag, and on-site medical support.
Perks: Wellness vendors, music, photo ops.
Can’t run? Choose “Donate” to support HUH programs.
