Flatlanders Canyon Run 5k/10k/13.1m/50k Canicross

This event is designed to be a great "first time" trail run for novice runners or road runners, while also challenging seasoned trail runners at the half marathon distance. This year adds an exciting 50k ultra distance!

Course Description

• The course will be well marked.
• Trail maps are available at the park store.
• Footing is rocky with some leaf-covered spots; this makes training on uneven surfaces highly recommended.
• Topography includes rolling hills, with no major climbs, but several smaller hills and long gradual climbs.
• The trail elevation is between 300' and 700'.
• Minor stream crossings may occur, which could affect your shoes depending on water levels.

Start Times:

• 50k: 7:00 am EST
• 13.1m: 10:00 am EST
• 10k: 10:00 am EST
• 5k: 10:00 am EST

All runners must check in on Saturday morning prior to starting the race.

Parking: Limited parking is available; carpooling is recommended. A parking fee of $5 per vehicle will apply, not included in your entry fees.

Aid Stations: Aid stations will be positioned along the course with water and fruit.
