Come join Cuba City, Darlington, and Kieler Family Dental for a fun-filled morning at Veterans Memorial Park! Lace up your running shoes and get ready to strut your stuff in our 5K Run or 2 Mile Walk. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. Choose the route that's best for you! Bring your friends and family for a morning of exercise and community spirit. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult. For everyone's safety and comfort, all dogs must be leashed, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Registration for this event is FREE! We kindly ask for a $10 donation from each adult participant. Donations collected from this year’s Flossin' & Trottin' 5K Run/2 Mile Walk will go toward supporting the Cuba City Lioness Club in providing assistance to local families in need during this holiday season. Together, we’re making a difference—one step, one smile, and one donation at a time.

Donations will be accepted on race day by cash, check or VENMO.

Pre-registration is preferred in order to provide sufficient resources. Same-day registration will be offered from 7:30 am. to 8:15 am. The runners will begin promptly at 8:30 am and the walkers to immediately follow.

T-Shirt Pickup Information

You can pick up your race t-shirt at one of the following times and locations:

  Time: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM
  Location: Cuba City Family Dental

• Race Day – Thursday, November 27, 2025
  Time: 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM
  Location: Veterans Memorial Park
  111 S Washington St, Cuba City

You are not required to show an electronic ticket or printed ticket, but please be sure to stop by our booth after your run or walk for a goodie bag and light refreshments. We will be accepting donations by cash, check or Venmo. Please make checks payable to Flossin & Trottin. This year’s 5K race is a non-competitive, fun run. Official timing will not be recorded. All registrants will be entered into a drawing to win a Door Prize. The winners of the door prizes will be on display upon your return. This event is a fantastic opportunity to encourage healthy habits and help those in need within our community. We look forward to seeing everyone cross the finish line with a big, healthy smile!
