Halloween 5 and 10K - The Monster Dash!

This is a family-friendly event that is open to all ages and abilities. Be ready to cross the finish line and claim your prize - a Frankenstein’s monster medal that lights up and growls to life!

Included in Registration:

• First 500 registrants will receive Halloween socks and gloves in their race kit.
• Halloween themed bags.

Charity Support:

Your participation helps support organizations such as Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation and Hamilton Food Share, which provide vital community services.

Race Kit Pick Up:

Date: Friday, October 24th, 2025 and Saturday, October 25th, 2025 (Race Day)
Locations: Stoney Creek Running Room & Discovery Centre

Race Times:

• Kids 1KM Start: 9:30 AM
• 5KM and 10KM Start: 10:00 AM
