Event Details
The Wellwood Walk/Run/Wheel event is set to take place on October 19, 2025, at McMaster University Student Centre. The event kicks off at 8:00 AM EDT.
Registration Fees
- Adult 5K Walk/Run/Wheel: CA$25.00 (Early bird pricing until August 31)
- Youth 5K Walk/Run/Wheel: CA$20.00 (Clock timed)
- Kids 1K: Free with registration (Clock timed)
Fundraising Goal
Our goal is to raise CA$50,000.00 for the Wellwood Cancer Resource Centre, which offers free supportive care for individuals living with cancer.

- Race Kit Pick-Up: October 17, 18, and on the morning of the event
- Race Day Agenda:
- 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Race kit pick-up
- 9:15 AM: Kids' warm-up
- 10:00 AM: Youth & Adult 5K start
