Heart & Sole: The Rowan Jo 5K

This race is to honor my sweet niece, Rowan Jo, who we lost to a congenital heart defect in January 2025. This event is a way to keep her memory alive and celebrate the beautiful light she brought into our lives. This isn’t just a run — it’s a chance for all of us to come together, share memories, and support a cause that means so much to my heart. Whether you want to run, walk, or just come hang out and show support, everyone is welcome. We’ll have music, some fun activities, and plenty of love to go around. For our first annual Heart & Sole 5k, the funds raised will go to the Dell Children’s Center to help raise awareness for congenital heart defect research and to help other families.
