Join us as we hike to raise essential funds for the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation. It's simple: sign-up, collect pledges, and hike the Mud Creek Trail anytime from April 28 to May 3, or join our in-person event on Sunday, May 4, 2025!
If you can’t be at Mud Creek, you can participate virtually wherever you choose. The important thing is to get active and help us reach our fundraising goal of $150,000.
