Interwoven: Spouse Bike Ride and Meditative Moments

Special Operations Forces Spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for a morning bike ride through Back Bay Wildlife Refuge. Participants will decompress in nature's beauty as they enjoy a tranquil trail ride through the protected wetlands. At the half way point of this out and back bike ride, participants will gather at the dock to rest and will be guided through an introductory meditation practice. Through this experience, Spouses will explore the simplicity and accessibility of taking moments of stillness in ordinary places.

Schedule

• Tuesday , October 21, 2025
• 9:45 AM: Arrival and Bike Pick Up at Little Island Park Parking Lot
• 9:45-10:00 AM: Welcome
• 10:00-10:45 AM: Bike Ride Through Back Bay Wildlife Refuge
• 10:45-11:15 AM: Water/Snack Break, Meditation Discussion and Practice
• 11:15 AM - 12:00 PM: Bike Ride Continued to the Little Island Park Parking Lot

Event Details:

• Fat tire and mountain bikes will be provided for each participant.
• Dress in light, breathable, comfortable clothes, and closed toe shoes. We will be outdoors in full sun for the duration of this program so please prepare accordingly.
• Bottled water and snacks will be provided.
• Please bring a drawstring backpack to carry your personal belongings such as your phone, keys, sunscreen, bug spray etc.
• No experience is necessary.
• Please invite a friend within the Special Operations Community who is new to The Station.
• When registering for an event, all required fields on the order form must be completed in entirety. Incomplete order forms will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding and helping us ensure event security and the highest quality experience possible.
• This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 9 participants. We kindly request a cancellation notice no less than 72 hours prior to the event. Thank you for your consideration.

By completing registration for Interwoven: Spouse Bike Ride and Meditative Moments on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, you acknowledge that you have read and understand The Station Foundation's Agreement and will abide by all Rules and Regulations.
