This event and the scholarship it supports honors the life of Joshua Norman, a member of the Mayfield Class of 2009. He was an exceptional student and athlete, active in Cross-Country Running, Nordic Skiing, and Track and Field.

5K Route Description

The race starts at the Elementary School Track, heading towards the school entrance, turning left onto N Main St. Runners continue on W Main Street, left onto Chestnut at the 1-mile mark. Runners make quick turns onto Second Ave, Center Street, and Woodside Ave. Continuing, they pass through Maple Ave, Second Ave, Prospect, and Rural Street, then right back to W Main, retracing steps to the school. Returning to the Elementary School entrance on N Main, they follow the driveway back to the track. Finally, they run counter-clockwise on the track to the finish line near the pavilion.

Kids Fun Run Description

The kids fun run will start on the track after the 5k race begins and include fun race bibs, capes, and goodie bags for each participant.

• 5k Registration/bib pick up: 7:30-8:30am
• Kids Fun Run Registration/bib pick up: 7:30- 9:45am
