Support Jovita: Birthday 5K Run for Recovery

On Monday, April 28th, Jovita experienced a ruptured vein in her brain, resulting in significant bleeding. She was urgently transported to Harborview Medical Center, where she underwent emergency surgery. Thanks to God’s grace and the incredible skill of her medical team, Jovita is now on the path to recovery. While the journey ahead will be long and challenging, her strength, resilience, and fighting spirit give us hope that her healing will be steady — and perhaps even faster than expected. To support Jovita and her family during this time, we’re organizing a 5K run in celebration of her birthday, doing what she loved most: running the trail. All proceeds from the event will go directly to Jovita and her family to help cover the costs of her care. Please join us in honoring Jovita’s spirit, celebrating her birthday, and showing our support through movement, community, and love.
