Welcome to the 22nd Annual Kids for Kids Triathlon! Our mission is to introduce kids to the sport of Triathlon and in a safe and fun environment. Many thanks to all the sponsors and volunteers without whom this race would not be possible. Over $120,000 given to local Kid's Charities in 20 years!

Race Information

7-10 Years Old
Swim: 100 meters
Bike: 3.1 miles
Run: 0.6 miles

11-15 Years Old
Swim: 200 meters
Bike: 6.2 miles
Run: 1.2 miles

This event is a part of the NC Junior Triathlon Series. This means that all participants will be aged-up by USAT rules - their age by 12/31/25. This keeps all kids in the same age group through the series. If your child is 10 and will turn 11 by 12/31, then they will be in the 11-15 age group. You are welcome to "age down" and keep your child in the younger age group if that distance is more comfortable, just be aware that they will not be eligible for awards if they age down.
