Distances: 300m swim, 12 mile bike, 5K run
There are three waves of starters for this event. Wave 1 includes all participants who register by June 30. Wave 2 includes all participants who register July 1 - 24. Wave 3 includes all participants who register July 25 - race day. If you register in Waves 2 or 3 your start time WILL BE LATER. Please plan accordingly. If you would like to be sorted within Wave 1 then you MUST REGISTER BY JUNE 30, 2024.
The Smiley Sprint Triathlon continues the tradition of triathlon in the Forsyth County/Winston-Salem Area. This race is a non-profit event. The organizers roll 100% of the proceeds back into the race, or to local charities with a priority to brain cancer initiatives.
