Join us for the 3rd Annual Otis & Wawa Kilometers Over Cancer Tournament Trot. Get involved: run/walk a 1-miler or donate as a Supporter. Select your favorite ACC team during signup - the school with the most votes will win our annual Kilometers Cup! Our mission is two-fold: to support earlier detection for breast cancer and to empower women. Greensboro is home to many ACC Tournaments each spring – a celebration of sports that brings fans from across the US. It’s a chance to celebrate the achievements of women, creating an ideal opportunity to honor and support breast cancer research. A portion of all event proceeds will benefit Earlier.org - Friends for an Earlier Breast Cancer Test® - the nation's only nonprofit breast cancer organization focused solely on identifying an earlier biological detection test for breast cancer.

1 mile Fun Run/Walk

Price: $25 ($20 until 3/1/26)

Not a long-distance runner? That’s fine. Grab some friends and join us on race day for the 1 mile run or walk and enjoy the festivities. Includes race event hat. (Dogs are welcome to join you in your 1 mile)

If you’re not a runner or can’t be there on race day, you can still support the cause and vote for your favorite ACC team! A race event hat will be provided to the survivor and shipped to you.
